Comercial use of commission work, including NFTs, digital or physical assets is strictly prohibited.

✓ OC's, fanart, DnD characters, mobian, *mecha, *armor, mild NSFW.

✘ Pets,major NSFW, fetish or polemic art.

→ Payment via Paypal (USD only) upfront in full and there's no refund once I start working on the commission.
→ I maintain all rights of the artwork, can record and post it wherever I want (unless told otherwise)
→ If anything comes up that will slow the delivery time estimated, I will notify you as soon as possible.
→ I reserve the right to decline/cancel a commission if I'm uncomfortable with it (I'll refund you)

→ Slots are first come first serve, I will notify you when I start on your commission.
→ Commission requests are submitted via Instagram DM (@kamishy_art) or Discord DM (#kamishy).
→ I'll send updates after each stage (sketch, line art, color and render) for client's approval before continuing.
→ Requests for changes and revisions after the sketches and color stages will incur additional fees.
→ your order will be cancelled if you fail to respond to the updates after a month.
→ Upon completion, the final deliverable will be sent via email in either JPG or PNG format (as per your request.)**Complex mecha or armor will incur additional feesBy ordering a commission from me, you agree to my terms of service.
